Q: Can I buy from you while you're on vacation?
A: Yes! You can purchase whatever you would like, I just wont be able to ship it until my return date

Q: How long until my order is shipped out? 
A: Anywhere from 2-9 days. I am a full time student in college so shipping time varies according to my workload. 

Q: How long until my order is delivered?
A: After your order is dropped off at the post office, you will be provided a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hrs for shipping information to be updated by post office. Shipping times vary depending on where you live and the processing time of UPS and USPS. Gaias Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages as after it is dropped off, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

Q: Do you take payment plans?
A: Yes! My shop now takes Paypal payment plans, Klarna, and Afterpay

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Your order is only eligible for cancelation/refund before it is sent out. After the order is processed and sent out, it can no longer be canceled

Q: I already paid for my items but I don't want them anymore. Do you take returns?
A: I unfortunately do not accept returns. When checking out, you are consenting to keep the items you pay for.

Q: There was a problem with my order, what do I do?
A: Please contact me directly either through the "Contact" tab, direct email (gaiaswellnesscenter@gmail.com) , or direct message on instagram (gaias.wellness)

Q: What if I entered my shipping adress wrong?
A: Directly message me so I can fix the shipping before I send it out. If the package is sent out with the wrong address, it will be returned to Gaias Wellness. You will then have to pay for additional shipping since USPS does not allow refunds for used labels. Gaias Wellness is not responsible for the extra fee due to error on recipients end. 

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: I ship from San Francsico, California 

Q: What if my crystal arrives broken? 
A: Contact me with a picture of the piece and we can work something out depending on the circumstances. 

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Shipping is open to the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Shipping outside of the U.S. is signifcantly higher due to external economic factors. Gaias Wellness is not responsible for the difference in interantional shipping rates. Feel free to contact Gaias Wellness if you wish to purchase from a country not previously mentioned.
